There are two forms of escape represented in this photo.  The Great Blue Heron is escaping me, and I escaped to nature.

  6. Fantastic shot. This heron’s a beautiful colour too. So hard to capture and I really admire your skill.

  20. This post goes right to my heart Fergie. More than ever before I have come to value the salvation that nature offers me. In recent weeks perhaps even more intensely I have just breathed in the escape, the healing, the goodness of the trees, the birds, the silence, the winds and the magnificence and the minutest detail of it all.

I see that you understand this so well yourself. To wholesome healing taking place each moment. Hugs, Sharon
