This is a place to post my photos, art, photomanipulations, haiku and whatever else I create.  I’ll call it my “album of creativity.”  I created this blog as an offshoot to my main blog named Ichigo Ichie, and I use the pseudonym “Fergiemoto.”

I like to take photos, mostly of nature.  I also like to manipulate photos and see what kind of art I can create with them.  Haiku is something I have not attempted before starting this blog, and I find it quite enjoyable.  Exploring creativity is part of my healing process, and a refreshing and important outlet, but I wanted a separate place just for my creativity attempts, whatever comes to mind, and for whatever reason.

I welcome you to my blog and thank you for stopping by!  I hope you enjoy visiting and seeing my creativity progress.

Painters must want to paint above all else. If the artist in front of the canvas begins to wonder how much he will sell it for, or what the critics will think of it, he won’t be able to pursue original avenues. Creative achievements depend on single-minded immersion. — Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

We are mainly trying to let you know how much we honor you and your work, so you may or may not chose to accept the award. That’s up to you, but we certainly think you are worthy of more than this one gesture of thanks for you and your poetry.

  19. Recently, I was honored with 3 Awards given to me by fellow blogger Wendall A. Brown (foreverpoetic.wordpress.com). It meant so much to me. One of the criteria for accepting the award is to nominate several other bloggers. I wanted to nominate you because your blogs (each and every one of them) has been a wonderful inspiration and joy to me. If you’d like to accept, you can go over to the post at http://serendipityplus.wordpress.com/2012/04/25/beautiful-blogger-very-inspiring-blogger-sunshine-award/ and get the low down on how. Absolutely no pressure. Just know that I think your blog is awesome and worth telling everyone about. Thanks for sharing your life with us. 😀

  21. Thanks for taking me to your blog. I love your pictures and creativity. It’s good to know that you were from Utah. I spent my teenage years in Utah. I’m also very fascinated with the mountains and rock formations.

  22. Fergiemoto – I’m enjoying your visual exploration of the world through photography and the words you connect with images. I hope this doesn’t seem trite; but, I’ve nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger award.

  23. I’ve been down this road, it’s lonely, hard, scary, but when you come out on the other end it can be beautiful. Like all the pictures of the birds.
